5.0 Bankruptcy Status Search Service.

Please select the Carian Kebankrapan Individu status search.

5.1 Search Information Entry Key

1. Enter the Name of the individual. The name must be entered by the user
based on MyKad records.
2. Enter No. New KP without (-).
3. Enter No. Old KP (If any, make sure the New KP No is also filled in).
4. For search using Police No / Military No / Passort No, please enter the space in question.
5. Click Tambah. Information that has been locked in will be displayed inside
table as below.

6. If the search exceeds one individual, repeat processes 1 – 4 above.

5.2 List of search information

1. Click Teruskan after you’ve finished locking in the search name.

5.3 Search review and payment amount.

How to check your bankruptcy status? – Payment

1. Application will display the total amount of payment to be paid.

There are three (3) payment methods to choose from:
(i) FPX – B2C (Individual Account)
(ii) FPX – B2B (Business Account)
(iii) JomPay
2. Select a payment method and click Teruskan.

5.3.1 Payment through FPX – B2C channel (Individual Account)

The application will display the total amount of payment to be paid.

1. Please select Internet banking for FPX – B2C payments from the options list of banks.
2. Please read the terms and conditions and “tick” the Terms and conditions box Terms.
3. Click Bayar to proceed with the payment.
4. The selected Internet banking portal will be displayed. Continue the process of payment. Once a payment transaction has taken place, the transaction display is successful is displayed.

5. Please go to the Akaun & Transaksi menu to print the KCR.

5.3.3 Payment through JomPay channel

The application will display the total amount of payment to be paid, Biller Code and Ref – 1 (Transaction Id). This information is required during the payment process.

1. Payment can be made through the JomPAY service provided in Internet banking through 42 leading banks.
2. Log in to the user’s bank portal, and select the JomPAY service.
3. The Bank will request the Biller Code and Ref- 1. Biller Code entry key Department of Insolvency Malaysia (MdI) 3210 and Ref-1 generated in the eInsolvency portal as well as the amount of payment to be paid.
4. Please ensure that all the above information is keyed in correctly.
5. After payment is completed, please Return to e-Insolvency portal to print KCR.

5.4 Check The Payment

How to check your bankruptcy status? 

1. Click Lihat Senarai Transaksi.
2. User can click on a Cetak KCR to make a Status print Bankruptcy for search when payment status changes to ‘Berjaya’.
